Our Oak Shelving Bookcase is the perfect storage solution for any home office, library or living room. The abundance of open shelving provides a home for all your treasured books and maybe space for some decorative items too. The perfect unit for a book lover! Traditional details include a beaded back panel, rustic oak shelving and a decorative cornice.

Make this design your own by choosing any Farrow & Ball or Little Greene colour for the painted finish. Make a statement with a fun colour or opt for something more neutral for a more subtle effect. Choose from our selection of hardware and oil finishes for the oak to customise your design to the smallest detail.

Our cabinetry is made from a mixture of woods with beaded back panelling. We spray-paint our furniture for a perfect finish, and you can choose from any Farrow & Ball or Little Greene colour.

Can’t see the colour you want? If you are wanting a colour from a different paint company then just select any colour from our drop bar selection and then let us know your choice in the comments box through to checkout.

Our Bookcases have a solid oak top which will always be left unpainted. Oak is a beautiful material with plenty of character, the colour and grain can vary from piece to piece which creates a lovely surprise every time. To keep it looking at it’s best, we finish the oak with a protective oil, available in a range of colours to choose from, each colour creates a different feel for your design without compromising the natural look and feel of the wood, take a look at our Samples page to see what colours we have available.

The lead time for our Bookcases from the time of order is 12-15 weeks. Our designs are handmade to order, so although we always aim to keep to these lead times, occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take a little longer. We will contact you when your item has been completed by the workshop to arrange delivery. If you need an urgent turnaround then please Contact Us as there may be an additional charge to receive your item sooner. Please keep in mind that during the lead up to Christmas we may have an extended lead time.

Your Oak Shelving Bookcase will be delivered in three separate pieces and as part of our service, will be carried to your chosen spot and assembled in place. If you opt for our one-man deliver service then we will require your assistance with carrying.

For mainland England delivery it is £59 for our one-man delivery service and it’s £125 if you need and extra pair of hands. We deliver all cabinetry furniture ourselves so that we can ensure that it is in the best hands possible from start to finish.
