Inspired by traditional Shaker style furniture, this piece is designed to house a TV screen and everything else that comes along with it. The goal is to incorporate the technology of modern day life into our living spaces in a way that is stylish and complimentary to our individual tastes. The adjustable shelving either side of the TV allows space for you to display your own decorative pieces. The oak shelves rest on metal pins that allow you to adjust their position up and down. The TV sits behind bifolding doors so that it can be hidden when not in use. The base cupboards below also include cable holes so that you can use this storage to hide away other media devices, while the drawers are perfect for keeping remotes and accessories to hand. The Shaker style doors and drawers present a versatile, pared-back yet elegant design that is suited to any contemporary or traditional interior. Traditional details include a beaded back panel and decorative cornice.

Adding a TV

This unit provides space for a 49 inch TV to be hung or stood inside. If you wish to mount your TV you will need a wall mounting bracket, we can create a cutout for this based on your given dimensions. We include cable holes in the back of each storage space to help organise wires and keep them out of sight. There is one cable hole provided in the top for the TV screen.

Lighting

We offer integrated lighting for this design to transform your beautiful piece of furniture into something even more special. This additional feature includes a pre-fitted LED COB strip that is fixed across the top behind the front frame. An LED COB strip offers a soft seamless light that doesn’t present the typical ‘spotted’ effect that standard LED strips have, this is a new LED product that will provide a high quality aesthetic to truly enhance your furniture. This lighting will provide a warm 2700k glow and is all connected ready for you to plug straight into a mains electrical socket.

Our cabinetry is made from a mixture of woods with beaded back panelling. We spray-paint our furniture for a perfect finish, and you can choose from any Farrow & Ball colour.

The TV & Media Unit has a solid oak top to the base and adjustable shelving which will always be left unpainted. Oak is a beautiful material with plenty of character, the colour and grain can vary from piece to piece which creates a lovely surprise every time. To keep it looking at it’s best, we finish the oak with a protective oil, available in a range of colours to choose from, each colour creates a different feel for your design without compromising the natural look and feel of the wood.

The lead time for our TV & Media Storage Units from the time of order is 6-12 weeks. Our designs are handmade to order, so although we always aim to keep to these lead times, occasionally, due to circumstances beyond our control, it may take a little longer. We will contact you when your item has been completed by the workshop to arrange delivery. If you need an urgent turnaround then please Contact Us as there may be an additional charge to receive your item sooner. Please keep in mind that during the lead up to Christmas we may have an extended lead time.

Your TV & Media Storage Unit will be delivered in six separate pieces and as part of our service, will be carried to your chosen spot and assembled in place.

For mainland England delivery it is £69 for our two-man delivery service. We deliver all cabinetry furniture ourselves so that we can ensure that it is in the best hands possible from start to finish, our 2 man team will deliver and install your furniture to the ground floor room of your choice and take away any packaging.
